Salisbury Gathers Online With Prayer & Care!!!
During the current emergency, our ministry focus will be on prayer and care. While Salisbury United Church has suspended all use of the church building by user groups except AA, our church community will be connected in new ways. Sunday worship and Wednesday morning will continue online. Most administrative work will be done remotely from home by our Office Administrator. Rev. Britt will be at the church once or twice a week but will also work from home. Our Congregational Care Team will be calling from time to time to check in. We are convinced that while fear is real love is stronger and the best of who we are comes through in how we support each other. Click here for a prayer poem which helps us think about how to respond in faith to this time of urgency.
Sunday Morning Online starts 10:30 am
Please login at least 10 minutes early.

Accessing Online Church
We are using a meeting platform called "Zoom". You will need a laptop, computer, cellphone or tablet with at minimum a microphone but also a camera if you have it. (Most devices now have both of those built in but if you are on an older device you may only have the microphone.)
Once you click the blue button it will automatically open to the Zoom page you need. It will likely ask you if you wish to use internet audio. Say yes! If you get frustrated in finding your way, you text or call Rev. Britt before 10:15 on Sunday at 587-983-7310. If the link above does not work click here for more detailed sign on steps.
(Please note: it helps if you download the free Zoom application, particularly for cell phones and tablets, and you should be offered the download the first time to try to access our Zoom Prayer Room. It is also available for free on the Apple and Google Play online stores. Some Mac computers do better with Google Chrome as opposed to Safari. Additionally, some Mac users have to turn on their microphone privacy permissions for Zoom to access the audio on their devices.)
