Drive In Services Coming June 20 & 27

Pre-Register 

Pre-register online starting June 7.  You can find out more about our drive-in services my reading the poster that appears to the left .  You are invited to bring a Food Bank donation as part of our participation in a multi-agency food bank drive taking place in Strathcona County.  Services will still be live streamed for those not attending.  Just sign on as usual from this website page. 

​If the parking lot service needs to be cancelled due to rain or high winds, we will post that cancellation here by 9:30 am the same Sunday morning.  In that case, the service will still be livestreamed to everyone as usual.

Sunday Service

Our first online service went off beautifully, except that we could not access YouTube this morning.  15 cars gathered in the Parking Lot and 15 households on Zoom.  We have recorded the service so that everyone who wants to can  see it. Thank you for your patience.

Online Meditation Circle 

Click on the button below to go online with our meditation circle on Wednesday mornings.
You will need the password which you can obtain from the church office.
Our meditation practice includes a reflective reading which uses a listening process
called "lectio divina".  ​It is followed by 20 minutes of simple sitting meditation.

 SALISBURY UNITED CHURCH REOPENING PLANS

The Board of Salisbury United Church has made the decision not to re-open yet to regular in-person worship assemblies.  Small group opportunities will be developed for in-person connecting outside of regular online worship services.  This decision has been made for the health and safety of the worship community as a whole.  Board & Committee members will continue monitoring the current pandemic situation to determine when we can reopen. Thank you and God's blessings be with you.
