Our Leadership Team

Our leadership consists of our minister, our staff team, our Board and Committee members, along with all the members of our congregation. Together we strive to listen for God's vision for our church and respond. Our current mission expresses our focus at this time in the life of our church: "Connecting hearts, minds and lives in community with God."

Our Minister

Our Minister, Britt, has been in ministry for nearly 25 years, and has been with us for twelve years. She has worked with us to develop our vision and mission. Together we set 5 year goals for our life and ministry, which we are currently beginnng to review.

Britt has a degree in theology from Atlantic School of Theology in Halifax, and is enrolled as a Doctor of Ministry Student with the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Austin, Texas. Britt is the mother of two young adults. She loves to dabble in many things: reading, writing, knitting, iconography, history, home renovations. A phrase which resonates for her at this time is "love is stronger than fear."

Our Staff Team

Lucienne leads our church music program as well as our choir. She plays both organ and piano, anything from classical to blues and folk styles. Her focus is on music which supports worship and spiritual deepening. She speaks French and Spanish and is learning German so you can expect a variety of music from around the world during worship.

Brittany is our daily presence in the church office on weekdays. She is your first point of contact if you call our office or have inquiries on the internet and will always welcome you with a smile. Many of the posters, brochures and handouts are a product of her creativity.
