Are you looking to rent a space at Salisbury United Church?
Please see the calendar below for rental availability

If there is an opening on the date you would like to rent a space, please submit your request through the Rental Application Form at the bottom of the page.

​For any specific questions regarding facility use and rentals, please call the church office at 780-467-7310, ext. 1 (office hours are Tues.-Fri. 9:30am-2:30pm).

ur church office administrator can answer any questions you may have about renting a space at Salisbury United Church, including room rental rates, contracts, special events, ​and special rates for non-profit organizations.

Basement Auditorium / Lower Hall
1,764 Sq. Ft.
Occupancy: Accommodates up to 100
Available weekends and evenings only, based on availability & approval of use
Rental Rates:
$150, includes up to 4 hours
$30/hr. thereafter
Features: Access to tables & chairs only.
(Access to brooms, dustpans & garbage bags for clean-up)

200 Sq. Ft. (Approx.)
Accommodates up to 6 (approx.) 
Available weekdays, weekends, and evenings,

Sanctuary
2,000 Sq. Ft. (Approx.)
Occupancy: Accommodates up to 160 (main floor) 
Available weekdays, weekends, and evenings,
​based on availability & approval of use

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO weekend availability in the Sanctuary as it is fully rented on weekends at this time. 

Rental Rates:
​Recitals:
$50/hour, includes use of piano
All other uses*: $150, includes up to 4 hours
$30/hr. thereafter
*For Weddings or Funerals, please go to our special events page
Features: Use of sanctuary stage & pews
Separate fees apply for use of sound/projection equipment,
​musical instruments (except where noted), etc. - please inquire

$100, includes up to 4 hours
$20/hr. thereafter
Full Access
Includes use of all equipment*, cooking and serving dishes,
utensils and place settings.
User groups to provide own supplies e.g. paper towels,
​coffee, tea, sugar and cream, etc.

*Use of commercial equipment will require training/supervised access

Rental Rates:
$200, includes up to 4 hours
​$50/hr. thereafter

Our Church Office Administrator will be in touch to confirm availability and approval of your rental application. Please note office hours and allow for at least 24 hours (during regular office hours) for someone to contact you regarding your application.
